 Due to the temporary closure of our Paris boutique, purchases made from 20 March 2025 onwards can be exchanged and refunded in the boutique up to and including 2 April 2025. 

For purchases made after 20 March, you have 2 options for making an exchange or return:

1. If you wish to do so by post, you can contact the after-sales team by email at [email protected] 📥
2. If you wish to return your item in-store, you will have up to 15 days after the reopening date (mid May) to make your return, provided the item is unworn 👜. The reopening date will be confirmed at the end of April 2025.
