Hindbag offers delivery with no minimum purchase in mainland France and Belgium (excluding Côme and gift bags).

📍 HOME DELIVERY OR POINT RELAIS

Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France as well as internationally.

When the order is dispatched, the customer receives an e-mail from the carrier with the tracking number allocated to the parcel, enabling them to follow the delivery process of their order. 

🕥 Once the order has been dispatched, average delivery times are as follows :

FRANCE HOME DELIVERY:

• 2 to 4 business days to your home by Colis Privé or Colissimo (packages up to 750g) and UPS (packages over 750g)
• 2 to 3 business days to your home by tracked letter

FRANCE PICKUP POINT:

• 3 to 5 business days by Chronopost. 

For deliveries to a pickup point, you have a maximum period to collect your parcel:

• Chronopost pickup point: 7 days.
• Chronopost pickup station: 5 days.

Once this period has passed, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender. Fees may be charged for returning uncollected orders.

NB: for orders delivered to pick-up points during the Christmas period, pick-up points can quickly become overwhelmed and may no longer accept parcels.

In this case, we will find the nearest pick-up point available for you and you will be notified by email.

INTERNATIONAL: 

• 8 to 10 business days via UPS

For home deliveries via UPS, here is some information:

UPS will attempt to deliver to your home; if you are not there, the package will be left at a UPS Access Point within a 5km radius of your address. A redelivery request can be made via the notification received.

UPS will not leave your package in your mailbox but can leave it in a safe place at your request.

All notifications are sent by email; if the first email is not opened, notifications will be sent by text message.

The customer is hereby informed that the products are delivered by a third-party carrier and consequently authorises the Company to pass on his/her personal details to the said carrier in order to enable the latter to deliver the order to the delivery address provided when the order was placed.

The customer is hereby informed that it is his/her responsibility to provide exactly all the details required for the correct routing of his/her order and the perfect delivery of the products ordered (access code, access specification such as building or floor, for example).

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice may be left in the letterbox. The carrier may also decide to leave the parcel in the customer's letterbox if the size allows.

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers.
