Hindbag offers delivery with no minimum purchase in mainland France and Belgium (excluding Côme and gift bags).
📍 HOME DELIVERY OR POINT RELAIS
Deliveries are made in Metropolitan France as well as internationally.
When the order is dispatched, the customer receives an e-mail from the carrier with the tracking number allocated to the parcel, enabling them to follow the delivery process of their order.
🕥 Once the order has been dispatched, average delivery times are as follows :
- 2 to 4 working days by UPS for France
- 2 to 3 working days by Lettre suivie for France
- 3 to 5 working days by Chronopost at a relay point for France
- 8 to 10 working days for international deliveries
For deliveries to a pick-up point, you have a maximum time to collect your parcel :
Chronopost pick-up relay: 7 days
Chronopost pick-up station: 5 days
Once the time limit has passed, the parcel is automatically returned to sender. A fee may be charged for returning the order.
NB : for orders delivered via a ‘point relais’, due to the Christmas period, the ‘point relais’ may very quickly become overloaded and no longer accept parcels.
In this case, we will find the nearest relay point available for you and you will be informed by email.

The customer is hereby informed that the products are delivered by a third-party carrier and consequently authorises the Company to pass on his/her personal details to the said carrier in order to enable the latter to deliver the order to the delivery address provided when the order was placed.
The customer is hereby informed that it is his/her responsibility to provide exactly all the details required for the correct routing of his/her order and the perfect delivery of the products ordered (access code, access specification such as building or floor, for example).
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice may be left in the letterbox. The carrier may also decide to leave the parcel in the customer's letterbox if the size allows.
We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers.
