How do I collect points?Updated a month ago

💚 The loyalty club allows you to collect points to generate rewards.

There are various ways for you to accumulate points :  

• You can carry out missions that will earn you points
• When you place an order, you earn 2 points per euro spent.

Points do not expire or reset; you can keep them as long as you do not delete your customer account.

To use your points, you must convert them into rewards. If you have enough points to qualify for a reward but haven't yet redeemed them, the reward will not automatically appear in your cart.

Once points are converted into rewards, you have 180 days (3 months) to use them. After these 3 months, the reward is lost.

Note : When you place an order, it can take up to 15 days for the points to be credited to your loyalty account.
