• In the case of a defective item, Hindbag is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the customer has nothing to pay.
• In the case of an exchange, Hindbag is responsible for the return shipping costs, there is no charge to the customer.
• In the case of a return, because the customer has changed their mind or the product does not suit them, the return costs are at the customer's expense and amount to €3.90.
