What wear and tear is covered for life up to €10 ?

• Broken stitching
• Broken zip

The brand does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or excessive wear.

How do I request a repair contribution ?

We invite you to send an email 👉 here with :

• Photos of the wear AND tear AND your entire bag/accessory.
• Photo of the receipt from the store where you had the repair done.

Our after-sales service will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
