🔄 You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to request an exchange. Items must be labelled, unused and free of stains.

Hindbag will cover the cost of returning and re-sending the parcel.

The difference in price of the exchanged products may be refunded or deducted.

All you need to do is provide the e-mail address you used when you placed your order, as well as your order number, and follow this procedure: 

  • Choose the product you wish to exchange
  • Indicate the reason for your exchange 
  • Choose the new product you wish to receive 
  • You will receive a returns slip at the e-mail address you used to place your order, so that you can send us back the product you wish to exchange. (you have 14 days to return the product).

⇒ If you do not return the product for which you have requested an exchange, you will be debited for the value of the product. 

In the event that your return package is delayed, damaged or lost by Chronopost, only a shipment with a tracking number will be eligible for a claim and reimbursement.
