You have up to 14 days to make any returns or exchanges after receiving the parcel. Items must be labelled, unused and free of stains.
Returns via a relay point
You can make your return request directly online 👉 https://hindbag.fr/a/return
You will need the e-mail address you used when you placed your order and your order number.
A Chronopost return label will be sent to you by e-mail.
Returns must be handed in at a Chronopost relay point.
After receipt of the returned parcel, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days, directly by bank transfer to the card used for payment.
In the case of a purchase made with a deferred debit card, the refund will not be visible on your account until the end of the month.
In the event that your return package is delayed, damaged or lost by Chronopost, only a shipment with a tracking number can be claimed and reimbursed.
Please note : return costs of €3.90 (France, Belgium) or €6 (Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Austria) are applied to each returned order. This will be deducted directly from the refund.
Returns to Hindbag shops
You can return your order free of charge to one of our Hindbag shops. Please note that you can only return your order to one of our Hindbag shops. Find out more about Hindbag shops here.
To return an item, simply visit a Hindbag shop and present your order confirmation as proof of purchase. All items must be unused and have their original label.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 days, directly by bank transfer to the card used for payment.
