💰 You can return your order free of charge to one of our Hindbag shops. Please note that you can only return to our own shops and not to our reseller partners. Find out more about Hindbag shops here.

To return an item, simply visit a Hindbag shop and present your order confirmation as proof of purchase. All items must be unused and have their original label.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 days, directly by bank transfer to the card used for payment. 

In the case of a purchase made with a deferred debit card, the refund will not be visible on your account until the end of the month.
