💰 If you return your parcel via our hindbag.fr/en website, you have two options for reimbursement:

1. Refund in the form of a virtual gift card: 

You will receive a gift card by e-mail for the amount of your initial purchase (product + postage + additional 10% credited). You have up to 6 months to use your gift card by adding its code to the basket. The gift card can be used in several instalments.

2. Refund via the payment method used when ordering: 

- After receipt of the return parcel, the refund will be made within 15 days. directly by bank transfer to the card used when the order was placed.
- In the case of a purchase with a deferred debit card, the refund may be visible on your bank account at the end of the month.
- Postage costs remain at the customer's expense (except in the case of a defective product).

In the event that your return package is delayed, damaged or lost by the delivery service, only a shipment with a tracking number will be eligible for a claim and refund.
