How can I track my order ?Updated a month ago
💌 Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order.
When the order is dispatched (allow approximately 48H for preparation if the product is in stock), you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number and a link to our partner carrier's tracking page (UPS or La Poste for home delivery or Chronopost for delivery to a relay point).
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number on our delivery partner's tracking page.
Tracking information may not be available immediately after you place your order. It may take up to 24 hours for the number to become active. If you don't see an update straight away, please be patient and come back later.
