😔 We are sorry that you have received a faulty product. 


We invite you to make an exchange via 👉 our returns platform, you have 15 days to make a returns request via our site. 

To do this, all you need is your e-mail address and your order number. Choose the product you wish to return and select the reason ‘Defective product’. Then choose whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Exchange and return costs are, of course, at our expense.  

If the exchange exceeds the 15-day period via our site, we invite you to contact our customer service department by adding the following to the e-mail : 

  • Your order number 
  • The reference number of the faulty product 
  • A photo (or video if necessary) of the fault
