My parcel says delivered but I haven't received anythingUpdated a month ago

❓ If the tracking link sent to you by email after your order was dispatched indicates that your parcel has been delivered to you but that it is not in your possession, it may be that the carrier has given it to one of your neighbours or to your caretaker if you live in a block of flats.
